Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our caring team in Marlborough, MA. This role provides routine daily nursing care, assists with resident activities, and documents resident care. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and competitive pay ranging from $21 to $28 per hour depending on shift.

New graduates welcome. Active Massachusetts CNA license or in progress required.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or in the process of obtaining one.
• New graduates welcome.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
• Must interact tactfully with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, ensuring comfort, safety and well‑being.
• Assist with resident activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plans.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure accessibility for residents.
