Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship while fostering a positive environment.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Perform health monitoring including routine vital checks.
• Encourage residents in recreational and therapeutic activities to support health and routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment.
