Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Successful completion of the 75 hour CNA certification course is required.
• Nebraska Nurse Aide Registry (NAR) is required.
• Current BLS is strongly preferred and required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assists with oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, nail care and hair care.
• Prepares and transports residents for meals and assists in feeding when necessary.
• Assists resident admission, transfer and discharge.
