Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate hands‑on care to residents during evening shifts at a long‑term care facility in Wakefield, Nebraska. The role supports nursing staff and promotes resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
Provide compassionate hands‑on care to residents
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Take and document vital signs and other routine care information
Assist residents with mobility and transfers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence
Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
Current CNA certification in Nebraska
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
