Schedule – Evening Hours

• Monday: 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM
• Wednesday: 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM
• Friday: 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM

Additional Hours:

Opportunities for additional hours may be available based on your availability and patient needs.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands‑on support based on each patient’s individual needs and care plan. Duties may include:

• Assisting patients with personal care and daily living
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers as needed
• Providing companionship and reassurance
• Observing and reporting changes in the patient’s condition
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Following the patient’s care plan and agency policies

Starting Pay:

$17.00 per visit
