Job summary

Family Care Solutions in Eastern Iowa is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time, flexible schedule in a home-care setting. This role provides one-on-one care to a single patient in their home, with Wednesday mornings and daytime hours plus every-other-weekend shifts.

You’ll work with a supportive local team, earn $16.00 per hour starting pay, and benefit from scheduling flexibility, PayActiv access, and Aflac options after 90 days. Davenport, Bettendorf area.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and in good standing.
• Ability to provide one-on-one care in a home setting.

Family Care Solutions is a locally owned home care agency proudly serving Eastern Iowa. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care for a patientin their home.

This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a consistent, part-time schedule in a supportive, low-stress environment. Our one-on-one care model allows you to build a meaningful relationship with your patientwhile providing personalized care and support.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to one patient in their home
• Support activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence
• Assist with maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Communicate professionally with the care team and family members as needed

Schedule:

• Part-time position
• Every Wednesday, morning & daytime hours
• Two weekends per month (every other Saturday)

Pay:

• $16.00 per hour (starting pay)
