Job summary

Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Endoscopy Technician to provide direct patient care and support the endoscopy team under RN supervision. You will prepare procedure rooms, assist with endoscopy, reprocess equipment, transport patients, and help maintain infection prevention and regulatory standards in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a High School diploma, active CNA (or CMA/OR Tech), and BLS within 3 months of hire;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required, or CMA/OR Tech.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assists with endoscopy procedures and room setup.
• Reprocesses and cleans endoscopy equipment per guidelines.
• Manages specimen handling and post-procedure turnover.
• Supports infection prevention standards and regulatory requirements.
