Job summary

Shoshone Health in Northern Kentucky is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Emergency Department, working 36 hours per week with comprehensive benefits and initial orientation.

You will assist ED nurses by delivering direct patient care under supervision, maintaining professional standards, and following CNA scope of practice to support patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Certified CNA.
• Must exhibit professionalism, excellent patient care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes patient needs and provides care as directed by the charge nurse or ED nurse.
• Performs various direct patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/ ED physician.
• Performs all skills that are within the Certified Nursing Assistant scope of practice.
