Job summary

Iredell Memorial Hospital Incorporated is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Emergency Department in Statesville, NC. Schedule is Thursday/Friday/Saturday 3:00PM - 3:00AM (36 hours per week), with responsibilities under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Includes access to patient information and potential access to medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances). High school diploma and BLS certification are required; ability to lift up to 30 pounds is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required unless a current high school student participating in the CATS program for the NC
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
