Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/physician direction.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and patient comfort.
• Document care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Assist with patient admissions, discharge, and transfers.
• Maintain patient safety and clean, uncluttered rooms; prepare rooms for procedures.
