Job summary

Avantara Evergreen Park is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join a friendly, supportive team in Evergreen Park, IL. Join a facility delivering high-quality post-acute and long-term nursing care with a focus on resident well-being.

The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, provide comfort and compassionate care, and work closely with nurses to ensure a safe, clean environment and exceptional service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered Illinois CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but not required; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and eating.
• Provide comfort, dignity and compassionate care.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and the rest of the care team to meet resident needs.

As a C.N.A., you are an essential part of our clinical team. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high level of care they expect by:
