Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is seeking a CNA/Driver for full-time shifts of 8am-4pm, five days a week, in Grand Junction, CO. You will provide direct resident care under licensed nurses and also transport residents to appointments and activities, ensuring safety and comfort in a facility-approved vehicle.

Applicants must hold an active CO CNA license, have a valid driver's license, be familiar with GPS navigation, and demonstrate safe transfer techniques.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Familiarity with GPS and local driving area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses.
• Drive residents to appointments and activities.
• Assist residents with loading/unloading from facility-approved vehicles.
• Ensure safe transportation to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
