Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Full-time and PRN shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). Provide direct resident care under licensed nurses and help with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• CO CNA license (current and unencumbered) is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care provided and communicate needs to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and therapeutic environment within a skilled nursing facility.
