Job summary

Sky Blue Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Sapulpa, OK. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure comfort, and provide high-quality care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, hygiene, transport within the facility, and reporting changes to supervising staff, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to standards.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification.
• Strong communication skills.

• Attention to detail and familiarity with patient care standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to assist residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, turning, ambulating, and hydration.
• Help residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident health to supervising nurse.
• Document food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements.
• Maintain clean and tidy living environments, including making beds.
• Transport residents safely within the facility.
• Support nursing staff and follow facility policies.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
