Essential HealthCare Solutions LLC is building a roster of Florida‑certified Nursing Assistants to provide hands‑on support care at employee shelters during hurricane and severe‑weather events in Southwest Florida. Working under the supervision of a licensed nurse, our CNAs help care for the crews and emergency personnel working to keep the power on — supporting comfort, basic needs, and a safe, clean shelter environment. This is on‑call, activation‑based work ideal for CNAs who want meaningful disaster‑response experience and flexible, well‑compensated deployments. Assignments typically run 24 hours to 14 consecutive days.
This is activation‑based work. Deployments are triggered by storm events (up to 72 hours before landfall, through impact, and into recovery). You will work 12‑hour shifts – including nights, weekends, and holidays – for up to 14 consecutive days per deployment, in shelter and temporary‑facility settings. Meals and lodging are provided during deployment, and PPE is supplied.
