Job summary

Meadow View Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking seasoned and newly graduated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care in a supportive environment. The role emphasizes ADL assistance, accurate documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure resident well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, monitoring vital signs, and adhering to infection control and safety policies across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (per facility standards).
• Graduate of an accredited CNA course with PA certification preferred.
• Ability to document care and vital signs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ambulate or assist residents as needed.
• Provide ADL services: bathing, grooming, dress, meals.
• Document temperature, pulse, respirations, weight and height.
• Observe infection control procedures and safety policies.
• Support nursing staff and transfer residents safely.
• Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
