Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential daily care and support to residents in a long-term care, nursing home and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and helping residents with mobility, transfers and feeding. CNA license is required; CPR preferred. Various shifts available, with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes and records patients’ vital signs
• Measures and records patients’ fluid intake and output.
• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding
• Assists patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning
• Performs all other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor

Education
