Job summary

Benedictine in Missouri is seeking a dedicated CNA-NAR to join our nonprofit senior care team in St. Louis. You will provide direct resident care, report condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and document in the POC system with strong time management and prioritization.

Applicants must be in good standing on the state CNA registry, have excellent communication, read/write in English, and hold BLS certification. Benefits include PTO, retirement, health, dental, vision, and education assistance.

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA maintains professional conduct and compassion in daily interactions with residents.
• The CNA adheres to safety and documentation standards in all care activities.
• The CNA supports residents’ choices and dignity in daily living activities.
