Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a CNA/NAR to provide direct resident care with compassion and dignity. You will report changes to the RN/LPN and document in the POC system while prioritizing tasks in a busy senior care setting.

The role requires good English communication, current CNA registry standing, and BLS certification. This is a frontline position within a non-profit organization serving the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN; chart in POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
