Job summary

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care (bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming).
• Performs and documents vitals, intake/output, weights and specimens.
• Transfers patients using proper body mechanics and safe handling.
• Reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintains a clean and safe patient environment and room.
