Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Colorado. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws and Life Care standards, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting assistance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, active license, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
