Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in a correctional setting. You will work under nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to deliver direct patient care to incarcerated individuals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification with Maryland licensure, and CPR/BLS. Training and background checks are part of the process; multiple shifts available, including per diem options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification is required for this role.
• CNA licensure in Maryland is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance (drug screen and background check).
• One year of experience in clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under supervision.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, daily living activities and vital signs.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
