Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care’s Hunter Hollow facility in West Valley City, UT is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care under the supervision of nursing leadership. You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, and documentation while ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

Applicants should have a CNA certification (or be in good standing) and CPR/BLS, with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification (state) is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Current Food Handler Permit when applicable.
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• Experience as CNA in SNF/ALF is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services to assigned residents per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per care plans and policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal delivery, feeding assistance, and document intake.
• Record weight changes and monitor skin condition as directed.
