Job summary

Willow Springs Healthcare Center (formerly Desert Springs Post Acute) is recruiting a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Riverside County, CA. This full-time position supports residents with daily living activities and assists the nursing staff to deliver dignified, safe, and high-quality care.

You’ll participate in ADLs, monitor and document vital signs, and communicate changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate resident care.
• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility needs.
• Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other assigned observations.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe resident environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary
