The ideal candidate holds current Arizona CNA certification, has hands-on caregiving and teaching experience, and can coordinate training schedules while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Arizona CNA certification.
• Experience training or teaching preferred.
• Experience in home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire DCW training and orientation.
• Provide classroom and hands-on instruction on required DCW skills.
• Demonstrate techniques for personal care, transfers, mobility, infection control, safety, and activities of daily living.
• Conduct skills demonstrations, testing, and competency evaluations.
• Maintain training records and assist with credentials management.
• Coordinate training schedules with DCW Coordinators and clinical staff.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding of new caregivers.
• Ensure training aligns with company policies and program requirements.
