Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Tallahassee is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time Day shift (7a–7p) at Aviata at Tallahassee Gardens. CNAs provide direct resident care, assist with daily activities, and support residents’ dignity and independence.

Newly certified CNAs are welcome. Benefits include a bi-weekly $225 bonus, 12-hour shifts with four days off, tuition reimbursement, shift differentials after 3p, 401k with match, PTO, health/dental/vision, and online learning access.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification from an approved program.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively at an adequate level for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents in line with laws and standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance; monitor safety.
