Aviata at Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain dignity, and support mobility under applicable standards.

The position offers FT Day shifts 7a-7p, competitive pay, benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, online learning, tuition reimbursement and a 401k match, plus a bi-weekly bonus. Newly certified CNAs are welcome.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of state-approved CNA certification course.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively.
• Ability to treat seniors with dignity and respect.
• Complete new hire orientation.

Responsabilités

• Care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Help with daily tasks: telephone, laundry, transportation, mail.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe changes in residents and report status.
• Escort to dining, serve, and clean up.
• Offer companionship and conversation.
