Job summary

Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide outstanding basic nursing care to residents on the day shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) under licensed nurse supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily care, bathing, grooming, hygiene, and maintaining a clean, comfortable living space while communicating with residents and healthcare staff.

Qualifications

Missouri CNA license and CPR/BLS certification.
Strong communication with residents and staff.
Basic reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Receive nursing reports on duty.
Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and adaptive equipment.
Explain procedures before care to ensure comfort and understanding.
Keep residents dry by changing gowns, clothing, and linens as needed.
Change bed linens and maintain a clean environment.
Make occupied and unoccupied beds to ensure a comfortable living space.
