Job summary

Harmony House Care Center in Waterloo, IA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our friendly, caring team. This is a 1st shift full-time position with PRN on-call availability, offering rewarding work in skilled nursing and a path for growth.

You will provide activities of daily living support, observe resident conditions, ensure a safe environment, and uphold high standards of care and compassion for our residents.

Qualifications

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or CNA completion certificate is required.
Prior CNA experience is preferable.
Frontline in Clinical Department with responsibilities to ensure high standard of care.

Responsibilities

Perform activities of daily living for residents and assist with personal care.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
Maintain a safe environment and closely monitor residents.
Support residents with comfort and safety and uphold care standards.
