Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for The Pavilion Health Center on a full-time day shift. You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene and all ADLs during your shift, while maintaining compassionate care.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. Applicants must be 18+, possess a valid DFS-listed CNA, and be willing to care for geriatric residents. Background checks apply; EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene and all ADLs during shift.
• Help with oral hygiene and denture care morning, after meals, bedtime.
• Complete patient care records, including I & O, at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
