Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Oak Forest Health & Rehab Center. The role is full-time, day shifts, and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

You will assist residents with ADLs, oral hygiene, and charting, while supporting the charge nurse and ensuring a compassionate, patient-focused environment for geriatric residents.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records including input and output.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
