Job summary

CoxHealth’s Cox Monett facility in Monett, MO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic patient care under nursing supervision. Responsibilities include taking vitals, helping with activities of daily living, movement, and ensuring patient comfort.

Ideal candidates have 3 months of inpatient or long-term care experience or completed UAP program, and must obtain Missouri CNA license within 120 days. BLS is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience as nursing assistant in inpatient or long-term care OR

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff.
• Take vitals, bathe, dress, move patients, change linens and other duties as assigned.
• Obtains information on patient condition as requested by the nursing staff and reports changes.
