Job summary

Magnolia Manor is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and mobility. The role reports to the Nursing Management Team, with a 7:00am to 3:00pm schedule and non-exempt status.

Qualified candidates will be a Georgia-licensed CNA, preferably with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Ongoing education and compliance training are expected to maintain certification and provide high-quality

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or its equivalent or enrolled in ongoing education.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provides for the residents’ health needs, including accurate vital signs, intake, and output measurements.
• Adheres to Infection Control Procedures.
• Maintains proper documentation of resident care and condition and responds to call lights or alarms.
• Communicates notable changes to nurse management.
• Participates in required trainings and meetings; maintains current CNA certification.
