Job summary

You will monitor residents, record vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with licensed staff to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications

• CNA must hold a valid Louisiana nurse aide certification.
• Ability to organize, plan and supervise care of residents.
• Ability to provide emotional, mental and physical health support.
• Ability to document resident care and vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily living and dining needs for assigned resident group.
• Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
• Provides intervention as needed to provide a safe clean environment.
• Records vital parameters and aids with weights; documents in EHR.
• Performs laundry, housekeeping and dining support as needed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Licensed Staff.
