Qualifications

• Must hold valid LA CNA certification in good standing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents' personal hygiene support including baths, grooming and aiding with toilet needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as eating, mobility and positioning.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation and transporting residents as required.
• Support meal service, feeding residents when necessary and maintain dining area.
• Document care provided and report resident changes to nursing staff.
