Job summary

Calvert City Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate CNAs to join a resident-centered team. You will assist residents with ADLs, document care, and communicate with nurses to ensure high-quality outcomes.

We offer flexible shifts (8-hour and 12-hour), weekend options with differential, competitive pay up to $23/hr with shift differential, and on-site continuing education to support your growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky CNA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, etc.).
• Document care accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with Charge Nurses and team members.
• Take and record weights and vital signs.
• Report changes in resident condition immediately.
• Participate in ongoing training and education. Duties may vary based on resident needs.

What You’ll Do
