St. Paul’s PACE Corp is seeking a dedicated CNA to support participants in our Day Center. The role emphasizes activities of daily living, health monitoring, and maintaining a safe, restorative environment for frail and elderly participants.

The ideal candidate holds a California CNA certification, current CPR/BLS and First Aid, and at least one year of relevant experience. This full-time position offers a daytime schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification in California required.
• Minimum one year experience with frail or elderly population.
• Current CPR and First Aid from the American Heart Association required.

This is a full-time position in our Day Center. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Day Center Manager, responsible for providing and assisting participants of St. Paul’s PACE with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care. Assists with organization and implementation of activity program. Monitors health status and provides a safe environment for participants.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the State of California (CNA) required.
• Experience:A minimum of one year’s of experience in working with the frail or elderly population required. Shall have either training or related experience in the job assigned.
• Current CPR (BLS) and First Aid from the American Heart Association is required.
