Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Record vital signs under nurse supervision and document changes.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support to residents.
• Assist with meals and monitor dietary restrictions.
• Communicate changes in patient mood or condition to staff.
• Prepare rooms, linens, and gather supplies for daily needs.
