Job summary

Avante at Leesburg is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to perform direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel and to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet state and federal guidelines.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school or GED or ability to read/write and follow oral commands in English.
• Previous experience or completion of an appropriate training course.
• Positive attitude toward elderly.
• Must be eligible for clearance through abuse registry and law enforcement.
