Avante at St. Cloud is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care under licensed supervision in a skilled nursing environment. You will support residents' daily activities and comfort, ensuring safety and dignity during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school or GED or ability to read/write and follow oral commands in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and report changes to nursing staff.
