Chelsea Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Sandy Hook, VA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for both full-time and part-time positions. You will provide basic resident care under supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $20.50–$23, daily pay options, and a supportive team focused on dignity and quality care, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with ADLs: feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Support care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Contribute to a compassionate daily living experience.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
