Chelsea Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our hands-on care team. You will work under licensed staff to support residents with daily living activities, safety, and comfort in a dignified, respectful environment.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules with daily pay, competitive pay ranging from $20.50 to $23 per hour, and a benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
