Royal Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring family of skilled nursing facilities in Mashpee, MA. Duties include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vitals, and supporting nursing staff in hospice and memory care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be state-certified as a CNA.
• Strong understanding of resident care principles and practices.
• Ability to provide compassionate support in hospice care settings.
• Proficient in lifting techniques to ensure safety of patients and staff.
• Familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Sub-acute, and Memory Care; knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Provide support in emergency situations by responding promptly to residents' needs.
• Assist nursing staff with hospice care for terminally ill patients.
• Help lift and transfer residents safely using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
