Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a Contract CNA (Missouri Certified) to join our team for an 8-week local contract with night shifts. This role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting.

You will perform ADLs, monitor residents, document care, and work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of life for our residents. Local housing/travel expenses are the candidate’s responsibility.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA certification required.
• Experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting preferred (n/a).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition and vital signs to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and mobility tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Participate in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
