Elroy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in Wisconsin to join a resident-centered team. You will bring compassion and CNA skills to help residents with personal care and comfort.

The role offers a NEW increased wage of $26.00 to $33.50 per hour, with pay based on experience and shift. Scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual opportunities across all shifts, per facility needs.

Formación

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency program.
• Compassion for older adults and a positive approach to long-term care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
• Ability to communicate in English and meet all legal health requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Performs resident/patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned.
• Assist in providing a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following all center policies and procedures.
