Western Home Communities is seeking a caring Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our award-winning team. You will provide compassionate care to residents under the supervision of the nurse and support your team to maintain comfortable, safe daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current active license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Iowa.
• Experience/ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, and the public.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide care to residents under the supervision of the nurse and support of your team.
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.).
• Help organize, clean, laundry, meals, and other tasks as assigned.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance with compassionate care per care plans.
• Chart resident interactions and communicate with team members.
• Ensure residents' rights are respected.
