Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients of varying weights and abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with transferring and repositioning patients, as needed.
