Job summary

Senior Living Residences’ Ridgefield Station is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Associate (CNA) in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The role involves providing direct personal care to our senior residents and contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance).
Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

Responsibilities

Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents.
Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system.
Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed.
Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
