Benchmark Senior Living in Connecticut is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The CNA will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment and work closely with a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Apply customer service skills to deliver exceptional, meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
