Benchmark Senior Living in Avon, CT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and promptly document changes in health or behavior for the team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
